As you know, this project is extremely complex. Your plan for phased construction – while the building continues operations – is a key to our strategy for success. There have also been many technical challenges. You have guided the design team through this process every step of the way. We have also been impressed by your team’s expertise and diligent efforts on behalf of the Owner.
