Welding & CIS Building

This assignment from GSFIC and the Technical College System of Georgia consists of new construction of one building with exterior site improvements on the Coastal Pines Technical College campus, formerly known as Okefenokee Technical College, in Waycross, Georgia.

The 14,800 sf building will house the Computer Information System (CIS) Program and the Welding and Joining Technology Program, along with a Student Commons and a Faculty/Staff Office Suite.  The CIS spaces include three instructional classrooms, a CISCO-Lab and an ‘A+ Lab’, all fully furnished with state-of-the-art equipment.
